Our culture

What it's like to work here.

We're a small team with big ambitions. Everyone gets to own something meaningful, everyone's voice is heard, and the problems we solve matter to real people.

Diverse backgrounds, unified mission

Our team spans embedded engineering, commercial sales, IoT networks, operations and customer success. We believe diversity of thought produces better solutions.

Meaningful work, measurable impact

Every sensor we install, every alert we send and every evidence report we generate protects a real person in a real home. We don't lose sight of that.

Openness and honest conversation

We challenge each other, question assumptions, and say when something doesn't feel right. That intellectual honesty is how we build better products and stronger client relationships.

We're hiring

Think you'd fit in? We'd love to hear from you.

We're always on the lookout for curious people who want to solve real problems with technology. If you have the skills and the drive, we don't need you to tick every box - send us a note.
